Exhaust Stud Broke

Does anybody have an idea on how to get this exhaust stud out? There wasn't enough room to stick two nuts on and attempt to twist it out so I took a pair of pliers and tried to twist it off. The only thing that accomplished was messing up the threads. What are my options now?

or have the car towed to a machineshop and have them weld a nut or hexed stud to the existing broken stud and take it off that way.

I'll second that.

You can drive it without a stud or 2 by the way. No biggie.

The power of Zeus was successful. Does anybody know the torque specs for the exhaust manifold bolts, downpipe bolts, and turbo outlet bolts of the top of their head?
