its recommended with cam lift above 11 but i think alot of them just say as long as you dont rev past stock limiter youre good

yea thats what my tuner told me.. i figured im gonna do all the headwork at the same time.. port and polish, springs retainers and valves and headstuds and gasket..

Yes thank you Groc. Amber gave me my tracking # today. Can't wait to get these things installed and tuned. Hoping they will get me over 120 on the stock turbo.

So what about Brian Crower 280..Do I need springs and retainers if I don't rev pat 7300ish rpm?

Stick with the Cosi's or GSC's. I both went the BC 272's and the 280's and its been nothing but one issue after another. Pay a little more and get the best. And if you do go with the BC 280's it is recommended that you upgrade the springs and retainers.
