intake recirculating bov plug
I got a question for you guys running vta bovs. On the intake for your evo, there is usually a tube that you connect the recirc/diverter valve back to the intake. when you are running a vta for what ever reason (you are running a blow thru setup, speed desity, standalone, your a ricer whatever) how do you plug that tube up? i know a few companies make ones without, but for the most part, they all have them. Is there a special plug you are all using, or do you just rig it up?

what kind of plug? the closest thing I could find was a push in oil filler plug in the "performance" isle. the sales people had absolutly no idea of any solutions. could you be more specific...

A bottle cap may work. Just make sure it's clamped tight in the little bov coupler. I knew a few dsmers doing this back in the day. lol
Obviously cars running standalones use intakes w/out the bov pipe.

Go to ur local hardware or home improvement store, get a rubber fitting that goes over the bottom of a chair, tighten it down and ur good to go...may sound ghetto but it looks good and does an awesome job.

the plug i used was a thick ribber circle in the same circumference of the intake pipe it has a small hole drilled in the middle with a bilt and a washer on top and at the botton has the other end of the bolt with a nut and a washer. when u tighten it in place the rubber piece expands and works great
