It seems like your hitting the fuel cut, I am not sure what causes that tho.

whats your boost limit set to in ecu flash? You may be hitting the fuel /boost cut due to excessed air passed what was set in the ecu. I believe stock is around 255, if increased air flow is reached at a certain rpm point it will hit a wall.(sucky feeling)

To check boost cut, dial back the boost a few psi, maybe to 20-21 range and see if the car still hits the wall.

yeah. Definitely sounds like a boost cut issue, what state if different did you get the car from? May be an altitude issue.

Like someone said b4, dial the boost back a couple turns and see if you still hit the wall

Ouch, not a great idea buying a car with mods like that, especially when it has horrible ricer springs like that. I would be surprised if that car didn't become a huge money pit over the next 6-12 months.

Anyway, it sounds like fuel cut - have an expert flash tuner check it out, but if you turn down the boost, and it goes away, then you know it's fuel cut.
