Is it possible to dyno my evo fwd only?

arnt evos a 40/60 ratio? and even if it is 50/50, wouldnt taking the rear axles out make the front only get 50% of the power? if you just took the axles out, then the diff still spins for fw/rw right? idk maybe not, but thats just what makes sense to me.. i wouldnt want to run my car on a dyno. i cant immagine it being accurate either

E- brake just applys a set of drum brakes (inside the discs) to the rear wheels keeping the car from moving NOT DISENGAGING THE AWD SYSTEM.
I don't think that's an accurate statement for cars equipped with the ACD system. I believe the active diff pump will shut off when the e-brake is activated. If the car was truely 50/50 all the time, pulling the e-brake would result in all 4 wheels stopping, like in my Mazda GTX rally car. In the evo, once the ebrake light illuminates on the dash, the car will pivot like nobody's business. In my rally prepped Evo, a partial tug on the light results in a feeling like the transmission is binding up (light not illuminating), while a full pull with the light illuminating is nice and smooth and the car turns on a dime.

All that being said, I can't imagine anything good would come from trying to dyno the car with the rear locked out.
