Thanks Mark, I did notice when I bought the car that it had the Bushur exhaust and I was pleasantly surprised how deep the tone was especially at WOT. I definitely love the sound of the car now at idle with the Kelford 272's and WOT with the Evopowermods O2 dump!! Your car would still open a can of whoop *** on mine

I heard this car when he came to pick it up.. He is running a buschur cat back on it.. the car sounds awesome!! I was telling Jason i wish mine sounded like that.. That was the first time i had heard the buschur exhaust sounds different from a others that i have heard.. Nice and raspy.. (SP??)..

I'm beginning to wonder if I have another boost leak...today is the 3rd time I've driven the car since I picked it up and I am only able to hit 24 psi on the gauge...I really wish I could log the AEM to see what's going on. The funny thing is that I pull 20 hg vacuum at idle with Kelford 272 cams, I was only pulling 14-15 hg at idle with my HKS 264/272 combo...

If there is anyone else out there running Kelford 272's what vacuum are you pulling at idle? When I first picked the car up I was pulling 14-15 hg, after 2 or so WOT runs that night it has never went back to idling at that...

Boost leak test it... Or check the coupler from the turbo to the LICP.

Dunno if this would effect performance at all but I did find a vacuum leak, the hard nylon tubing running to the boost gauge was kinded and had a hole in it where it was kinked, the air just leaked right out of the whole while the car was running... if I used my fingers and plugged the hold then the vacuum would go to 13 - 15 hg...so maybe with that leak that's why I was only showing 24 psi at WOT instead of the 29 I'm supposed to be at!

I haven't paid extremely close attention but I'll check in on my way home from work today and see what I'm pulling.

I found a leak in the vacuum line going to the boost gauge that was pretty bad. When I plugged the hole it went to 13 - 14 hg...when I unplugged the hole it went to 20 hg...once I fix the problem I'm sure it'll be normal... but still curious what you pull for general purposes...

fixed the vacuum leak tonight... just screwed the fitting into a 1 inch piece of 1/4 inch vacuum line then T'd it down to 3/8 inch vacuum line that ran to the vacuum source.

15 hg at idle now and shows 29 psi under WOT... now I know this is probably in my head but I swear the car pulled a hell of alot harder with this vacuum leak fixed...most likely it was the 50 degree weather tonight compared to the 70 degree weather when I was hitting 24 psi (gauge) with the leak. Oh well feels stout as hell now!
