Tough decision there man...I've never been in a 35R Evo so couldn't tell ya...good luck with whatever you choose as I think you will be happy with the results.

Dyno graph, no boost leaks , still showing about the same peak point so obviously there is a delay in the dyno's plotting.

Thank you Jason for the kind remarks. When I installed the J-pipe coupler the first time it was rather close to the EvoPowerMods dump tube. I had to make some room so it would not melt the silicone coupler. From my best judgement I must have moved the t-bolt in an akward position when I made sure ther was sufficent clearance between the dumptube and the coupler. After numerous pulls I was constantly checking all couplers to make sure they are in good condition however the top t-bolt near the turbo is a bit hard to see as well. Boost leaks are generally easy to hear and pinpoint but with an open wastegate dump tube make it a bit more difficult.

Enjoy Jason!

Lucas, no problem...I really appreciate how you guys have taken care of me. Sorry if I've been a pain in anyway... I'll rock my Carz gear and send people your way, even if they aren't always Evo's (Rob) Thanks again and more work to come in the future...

Right on.. Well enjoy your car for now that fp RED is impressive.. Lucas was pretty shocked to get 500+hp out of it.. that power should easily get you trapping 120-125 at Bandi.. Nice choice of parts!!

There has to be something wrong with the boost plot or the MAP sensor. There's no way that the car is making that much torque down low with as little boost as the graph indicates.

The boost plot delay was discussed earlier in the thread... The AEM plot shows that I hit peak boost around 4600 RPMs which is about when I hit max torque.

As far as i know it has the complete bone stock bottom end in it still. Just head studs cams springs retainers... But hopefully jason will come in and verify..

I heard this car when he came to pick it up.. He is running a buschur cat back on it.. the car sounds awesome!! I was telling Jason i wish mine sounded like that.. That was the first time i had heard the buschur exhaust sounds different from a others that i have heard.. Nice and raspy.. (SP??)..
