EvoRed Review: ALL videos now up

Here is my EvoRed review. Mods as listed in sig,

Videos

A fun collection of this past weekend moments: Here

I will try to answer everyone's questions:

FIC 1050 injectors.
255 Walbro.
93 octane.
23 psi boost.
385 whp.
Stock EVERYTHING ELSE!

Yes that was a FordGT, and a Porsche GT3, and ,and the list goes on. Miatas, M3s, Vettes all seem like moving cones now. This is only my 3rd weekend tracking this car, so I am sure I will squeeze more out of it as I break into it.

Stock Ix Turbo vs Red. Only gains! No loses. Spool up so close that on track (always above 3k rpm) you never notice. Biggest difference is this makes FULL power till rev limit. And look at my restrictive top end parts: cams, no porting, stock airbox ect... Boost at 7800 is still 22psi. (1.5 taper or so)

Not enough to pass a Miata! Jk. Sweet Turbo. But seriously, was that a no-passing session or what?

Yes for sure. I instruct HPDE events (see bottom of sig) so you will seldom see any of my videos with open passing, give me some time today and I'll get the instructor group runs uploaded, much more fun video on those.

The first video is with my green student riding along in the yellow (intermediate) run group. There are more restricted on where they can point by passes. We were out working on some lines around the track. He has the sexiest Evo X GG that I have seen. I will let him speak up if he wishes to on how it felt in the Evored car.

Car was run with only mods listed (fic1050 injectors, 255 pump). 93 octane. 23 psi boost, and detuned a few * timing up top. with real gas and no exhaust leak (found O2 bolt missing later that day) Car will be stronger yet.

I will update first post in a bit.

Nice vid, How do you like the evo red on the road course? I mean looked like
it performed well, just wondering your impression from the stock ix turbo.
