People just don't understand that yes while some of these Chinese made parts are at least acceptable, they are sending all of our (USA) dollars and innovation overseas to another country that really is still an advisary. I'm not one to be an isolationist by any means. However; there is a reason we want to own/drive an Evo, it is not a Kia. Not to diss Kia they make some good cars and are Korean not Chinese. My point is you drive a high performance car, don't you want the best parts on your car? And don't you want these USA companies to succeed so that they can further innovation; introduce new and exciting products for your Evo.
We "USA" companies that try our best to design, test, products that work and perform are upset at copy cats. Some Chinese company looking for a fast buck comes along and somewhat copies what we USA companies do and then saturates the market with sub-standard parts....arrggg...

Ok; I'll get back on topic.....lol.....

First and foremost I believe most all of us on this forum could benefit from supporting American companies especially at a time like this. Secondly are we able to use the factory undertray with this? Anyone with pics of it installed? And how far backordered are you at this point if at all? Product looks like first class stuff. Good job!

I still have my factory undertray with the EPM 02 dump, however, I did have to modify it and make a slight hole for the dump.

Grow up dude!!! It was a general statement that I believe most people here would agree with. Make an educated decision on buying a quality part such as this and it would so happen to be an American product which is a bonus. Speaking of captain america....your avitar? Back to topic......

I had an external dump on my DSM; no thanks and never again. It was cool at first, but after owning it for a while the added noise just became annoying and obnoxious.

I'm just bustin' ***** pal

I actually believe the same thing, but it can only be to an extent. Even if you purchase a part made overseas but sold by a US dealer like Megan Racing who employs dozens of americans, you'd still be supporting an american based company

I personally would like to see an actual comparison of the ebay style (megan, helix, buschur, ect...) o2 housing vs the epm or jm fab o2 dump.

EPM makes a lot of claims of testing against but I've never seen any comparison against the two styles of o2 housings.

I beg to differ ----->

On our original Test Mule, (an 06 Evo MR) our O2 Dump made big power to the tune of 14 HP at the wheels, along with full boost being attained much quicker, the power generated was seen all across the rev band. From down low to the mid-range all the way to redline our O2 Dump made power. That in itself is an exciting and hardly ever seen feat. A bolt-on making big power almost throughout the rev zone. We feel we are onto to something big in our O2 Dump. Take a look at these graphs to see for yourself that power was made all through the rev band.

I wish somebody would get results with the JMF so I could decide between JMF and EPM!

The main difference between the 2 companies you mentione are the EPM O2 Dump has a much bigger turbine tube of a 3inches; the other company has a 2.5 inch turbine tube, and of course the EPM O2 Dump is cheaper. The EPM O2 Dump is the Only company to go public with Data Results, that in it'self speaks volumes....let's see the results from these "Other" companies...why not go public with their results? We have tested our product out against a stock O2 Hopousing, a ported/coated Megan O2 Housing, and we have made very good power against both of these.

......EPM was the first O2 DUmp Housing for the Evo, and is still the only O2 Dump Housing on the markert that is proven to show big gains......

EPM 02 FTW!

Not only is the product a great design with awesome welding... but the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I had some fitment problems for my setup and Q went out of his way to help me get it right. I'll buy from EPM again.

Does the O2 dump reduce the chance of boost creep or even have cured boost creep for some users?
