I am 100% positive I am not misunderstanding what AMS said. THERE WAS NO 5 BOLT 82 in the testing because the only one in existence at the time was the one turbonetics sold. That 82 housing cant be machined to accept the 35r wheel. The reason they sold the kits with a 5 bolt housing is because they would have had to have two different kits if they sold a turbo with 4 bolt housing. Thats why the initial testing done was so important. They had to be sure they weren't leaving HP on the table by not offering a 4 bolt turbine kit.
FOR MY LAST TIME. AMS did test the 35r turbo with the precision 63 against the garret 4 bolt out 82. The results have been stated many times in this thread.
4kinboost is dead wrong in this thread guys. And I am done trying to set the record straight. If you are not sure whats going on call Martin on ask him. Do not ask anyone else at AMS. Just Martin. I am sure this information is correct because I was building my 35r car at the same time and wanted to be sure I was choosing the right housing. So my memory is crystal clear on this subject. Martin spent a ton of time developing his kits. They build many manifolds just for the testing that are now paper weights. No other vender went through this level of testing at the time.

I'm hoping that with mine being a 2.3 liter that it will make an even bigger difference than if it were a 2.0 liter.
