So has nobody else here heard of the problems associated with the FP Red?
I've heard of several people having major problems with their FP Red here in So. Cal. alone. A few local guys can't even spin their compressor wheels anymore! Seized FTL.
I haven't heard of any problems with the Green, but I have heard several problems with the Red's. Go for the green!

well i am happy with my BR3065...
Dyno Dynamics uncorrected, 23psi, pumpgas, Cossie M2s, 780's stock ecu... The big advantage is that i can go to an HTA35R easily...
Thats almost 50 awhp from my stock EVO IX turbo (300-305awhp depending on the day...
A Green on my setup would make around 320awhp a red maybe 10-15 more at the same boost pressure? and i dont think it would keep the power up to the rev limiter... and forget higher boost pressures... Its simple.... size matters....
FYI i will be upgrading to an HTA after Xmas...

yes but i am talking 93 octane regular pump...
not e85, not meth, not racegas... I dont know what i would see on these types of gasolines... I have seen similar 3065 setups on meth @ 28psi exceeding 500awhp on a dynojet...
Forget 9sec9s car... it has the best of everything on his car which is a drag car...
i talk pump gas... i haven't seen the numbers that can persuade me that Red is the turbo we all dreamed of... which is almost stock lag and over 410-420awhp on pump at moderate boost levels on stock ecu...

Thats my car your telling me those numbers dont persuade you on 93 pump gas...I DD my car and its a blast....the turbo is the real deal....what lag?? im seeing full boost around 4000 rpms and thanks to the EPM o2 dump it holds boost till redline with no taper and no lag in between shifts....My car is not a full out build car but a basic bolt on car with a stock FMIC!!!
If you want a dyno sheet pm me...

I had the 3065 and sold it. My friend had a 35HTA cast kit and it spooled as fast as my 3065 cast kit and made more power. 3065 is a thing of the past, IMO. I just cant see anyone justifying a 3065 when there are much better options out there like the RED/CBRD BBK/HTA35R, all for simliar pricing. Unless you are going to get a used one for a steal, then I would advise against it.
