get a can or two or brake clean. spray the hell out of everything. drive it for a little bit(depending on how fast it is leaking). go back under and check for the source

Your right / inner tripot (CV) boot is leaking grease. Most likely it's seeping through the clamp, but check to see if the boot is split. If not damaged, then just replace the clamp. Doesn't look like a lot of grease has come out, but you might want to squeeze some new grease into the boot before you re-clamp it. I like the style of clamps that you have to pinch to close with the special pliers.

For sure, just get carb spray or something and clean it up. Have a friend help find out where the leak is coming from.

This is not oil my friend, CV boot gone, go to mitsu and get new CV bot it does come with the greese, but i would inspect it first maybe clamp broke... if clamp get CV greese from mitsu dealer if you see a CUT on CV bot , replace it asap. IT only leaks when you drive it because it split open.

good luck.
