Turned off without cool down...
I put my car on the dyno today, and a guy forgot to let the turbo cooldown after a dyno run (less than a minute of engine and turbo loading). Do I have to worry about anything from now? My car was completely cooled before the dyno session, so the engine wasn't hot when the car got on the dyno.
p.s. My EVO with RMR downpipe, catback, UR 3" high-flow cat, and a K&N panel filter put 28 more whp than a stock EVO, and about 8 more than a stock STi (and this was on a DynoLogic unit that reads about 25% lower than a DynoJet).

Its really not a big deal guys - a single dyno run is not going to cause anythign out of the ordinary.
The whole cooldown thing is really moe important after road racing or other times when you are on boost for extended periods of time, not just a single gear long pull. In lieu of a tubro timer, if you want, just make the last 1-2 minutes of your drive after the 'hard run" a no boost affair - it will circulate the oil just fine
Of course, if you all want a TT group buy, come to some sort of concensus as to which exact one you are after, and we'll do it (we sell HKS, Blitz, Apex'i and GReddy)

I drove a twin turbo RX-7 as a daily driver for over 8 years before getting my Evo, and never once did I observe a turbo cooldown procedure. The only problems I had with the turbo in 8 years were boost leaks due to hose clamps coming loose. Too much boost, blowing the air hoses right off... J/K
With the Evo, I do what Z1 Performance suggested -- I make sure that the last minute or so of driving before shutting the car off is under about 3000 RPM.
