fp red vs gt30r

I know this subject was probably beaten to death (well, probably the green vs 30r). But on pump gas, which would be the better choice in terms of a very sweet daily driven car for the 1320 and road course. I was opting for the 30r kit by AFI, which consists of the equal length manifold, or the fp red with a full race prostock manifold.

Which would you guys prefer?

If you really want a t3 turbo call CBRD and do one of there TAK turbo or custom 50trim hybrid turbo. Or I have a hta30r for sale less than 1500miles for a really good price. My buddy has red and it's a kick *** turbo I've drove it and was so surpised at how it pulled couldn't believe it was a stock appearing turbo.

Most people don't like the 30R. It was thought to be a great DD turbo. Better spool than a 35R but less top end.

It's old news now. The red spools faster and has better top end. Even the Green is a better turbo. Especially for the money.

If your going to run just PUMP, I would not get either turbo.

So what I'm getting from this is that the 30R is ancient now and the red is God's gift to evos?

Also, why wouldn't it be a good idea to run pump on either?

Is there a comparison between that manifold and f-r?

30r is still a good DD turbo but there are just better options. For some people the 30r will fit there needs. Red has proven to make better top end but no one really has pushed the limits with a 30r. But as far as spool they are very similar. With Shacochis06 car his spools around 4000rpm with my hta30r .82 a/r spooled around 4300rpm. I think with a .63a/r it would almost identical in spool.

Like I said....why would you purchase a 30R kit for $3500-4000 when you can send your 9 turbo in for a CBRD BBK or RED for around $1100-1300?

Doesn't make sense if they make same power

If your running only pump, look at the CBRD BBK turbo

I don't know what that is. I should search it up.

edit: And it didn't show up with any results. Mind telling me what it is?

Totally agree there are better options but there are some people out there that still choose the 30r. Why do you think I switched up turbos. My turbo spools the same as my old hta30r but makes way more top end. Out of all the stock appearing turbos I would get the CBRD BBK. T3 configuration CBRD TAK or CBRD/Blouch Hybrid.
