The good, the bad and the ugly, now that was a freaking good one. You come up with some stuff that just cracks me the hell up! hahaha
I didn't realize how much fun and how much all this meant to you until the other day when you and I were at Bubby's Chop House Tom, it really changed my thought process and attitude quite a bit after our lunch time discussion. The more I get to know you the more it scares me, we are a lot a like!
15 hours from now, the count down has begun, we will be making our first pass.
I can't freaking wait. I am tempted to leave my car behind, I think I figured out what the deal is, I am most certain the clutch is starting to slip, which would explain everything.

I worked on the OKIX car all day. Check list was completed and I even went through a test check list and found 1 critical issue that would have caused problems for sure. The water pump ground wire came unplugged inside the wire looms. Simple fix. Cleaned the car and detailed it. Only thing remaining is the front undertray that we left in the middle bay. Cars on the trailer and tied down. Beer, Mt. Dew, water and ice are already in the ice chest. Everything is ready for tomorrow.

Yepper, Tomorrow is going to bring a whole new meaning to SHOW 'N GO. I really look forward to seeing how well the Wilson V3 manifold does at a completely different power level. We originally had Indy design it for higher RPM, so that's one reason you see our torque curve so late. If all goes well, the manifold and FP-5R cams should work well together all the way to 9000. What amazes me is how well the Buschur ported 65mm TB is performing at these power levels. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Look forward to seeing you tomorrow Jeff. Drive safely.
Mike, I'm ready to get back to OK, but I've got try for some stupid goals first. This wasn't even CLOSE to being in my mind when I came up here. David ended up building us an incredible motor, head, well, just about everything and it's just too tempting to not go out and see what it will do. After the races, I'd like to see what it does on the dyno. There's definitely more power available and if anyone can put it to use, it's David Buschur. Video could really be interesting.
