9sec9/OKIX, BUSCHUR RACING, ROUND 3..

I completely forgot to mention the headlight blocks and how well the lower blocks were working. Jarrod came up with the idea of the headlight blocks, so he gets credit for that. It saved us 15 pounds and is an easy on/off option. Notice the OKIX car's garage buddy? I wonder what they honk about when we're not there?

Thanks steelcityevo8. This current goal of running an 8 may prove to be one that is much more elusive than I think. Running an 8 on a relatively street legal evo may prove to be expecting too much out of her. One thing for sure, until anyone tries to reach a goal, you've got to take the first step and TRY. We'll certainly never get it done just thinking about it. There is also success in failure as long as you learn. We're going to give 'er hell, you can count on that. Can't never could do anything.

If I could only know what turbo it is that your packing to get that daunting 700whp dyno pull on the BR heartbreaker. I hope Dave can share once I am ready to pull the trigger on the right turbo setup for myself

You know how it goes with any product. First design, build, test, evaluate, tweak then market. I couldn't tell you anything about what we have, but I can guarantee you one thing, Buschur Racing can make a tomato can build boost. How much more performance and streetability do you really need? Even the FP Red CAN make over 600 whp and still maintain extremely good torque. The FP-RED is about as close as you can get to an oem turbo with full race capabilities. The proper combination of parts is critical and I've seen so many builds with parts that don't complement each other. That's one reason I've stuck with Buschur and their parts. I just didn't want to have to go searching for complementary parts, just to re-invent the wheel. I look at their parts as my baseline and i build on it from there.

Yep, Trent better be sleeping right now, cause if he doesn't and he runs an 8, we may not LET him sleep tomorrow night.
We've got to make sure that anyone seeing a white rocket coming up behind them knows that it's an Evo. We'd hate for a honda or subaru to get the credit.
