Wow that sounds freaking incredible. Is this guy on dsmtuners.com? Do you have a link to this? I have dreamed about running this kind of setup for years. Interesting! Nothing beats German engineering! Except when its made cheaper and more reliable by the Japanese...hehe

im also interested in a turbo upgrade. i have a 37r now, which is old news haha. with all the new choices out there now i see no reason NOT to upgrade. im in the same boat as well. hta86, gt850r, hta37r, ect, ect theres just so many 700+ capable turbo choices out there now. can someone make a graph or something that simply states what turbo makes the highest hp, which spools faster, tq # and so on? i wish someone could do a back to back dyno compairson between them all. i do see a lot of 600-700 hp evos poping up here in the next year.

Thats not true! well its supposed to be true but the fact is the stock turbo and the fpgreen on an evo spools faster than the 997tt. I drove alot of 997tts and im talking from experience.

the 997tt feels fast but is not much faster from a 400 whp evo with green or even stock turbo with 30 psi.

This is how the V8 gusy are replicating VNT and using pretty much any turbo you want!!!

http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=992100

be nice to see how fast a GT42RS could be spooled using this idea.....
