ACD transfer case specs

I was just wondering if anyone had a spec chart or a how to reassemble a 05 EVO MR transfer case, looking for all the spec's and back lashing, trying to put my transfer case back together because i put a new Differential in , and cant find any of this info anywhere. Someone please help me would like something with pictures, with all the specs and everything i need to put it back together.

Your going to buy a factory service manual unless someone has one on here.

maybe someone has one hopefully, just need those pages copied, and sent or shown to me that's all, plus my dealer sucks, have a buddy that works at Mitsubishi, and they don't even have one at the shop. or else he would of took it for me, and they dealership doesn't even want to buy one he said.

Dealerships dont rebuild transfer cases since they cant get parts. IF all you did was change the diff the backlash hasnt changed since its still the same carrier (that is if it is the same carrier).

Here are some instructions for the evo 6 (I couldn't find the Evo8 instructions), the torque values are the same. The only thing you must be sure about is to put the bearing preload shims back where they were and you should be good to go... but if you insist on checking the backlash, you can remove the 4 10mm bolts on the small zinc plated cover and check the backlash of the assembled differential from that window... if my memory serves me right it should be .005" or there abouts...
