if so that is compressor surge, The quick and first loud noise you hear will be your BOV. anything after that will be the surge in your turbo

now that weve established that what is the problem your having, describe it accurately as possible and what your doing when it happens, ill subscribe n see if i cant help more

It happens on partial throttle shifts (or lifts). With full throttle it sounds closer to a normal b.o.v. To me it sounds as if the pressure is released in short intervals. The volume(decibel) slowly decreases. The rhythm is very similar to a bouncing ball coming to a stop, if that helps.
I never posted pictures because from other pictures it looked like my valve was installed right. Also, other mentioned that it is a common sound for cars with diverters and open intakes. If i have some time I'll try to post some pics.
