HKS stopper type head gasket
Hay guys
Has anyone else got a HKS stopper type head gasket on their CT9A? I found these two holes blocked off. Does anyone know the reason HKS did this or have I got a faulty gasket? Gasket part number is 23001-AM004

Assuming that picture is the HKS gasket sitting on the Evo deck you answered a question I had.
The part number (2301-RM004) is a head gasket for a 1st Gen DSM 4g63. The part number for the Evo VIII head gasket is 2301-RM009. 2nd gen is 2301-RM007.
Judging from the gasket it appears that the gasket would work on an Evo, but I assume it is flipped over to do so. I wouldn't think that fact that it is flipped over or that those two holes are there would matter though. I don't think the gasket is made to have one side seal better on the aluminum and the other better on the iron, but I could be wrong.
