NGK Plug BR9ES vs BRP7ES

Here's a quick question!

NGK BRP7ES or BR9ES on an EVO8? And why? (notice the P for protruding tip is missing in the br9)

Stick with the BPR7ES's on your Evo 8. There really is no reason to go with the BR9ES's unless you are doing wierd stuff like I am. I have tried the BR9ES in my car just to see what would happen, and my car didn't like them. FWIW, I am running 9.65:1 compression and E85, so that probably has a lot to do with it also..

i agree with tkklemann. price and performance with the 7s are the way to go. if you are going to change something on your ignition system change the plug wires. to get more even and complete spark
