yeah that is the 4094... honestly on the street i hate it since it is so lazy but i just dealt with it. i would get full boost around 5500-6000 on a 2.2 that i had. i only got to 450hp because i never got to complete my fuel system and then spun the motor again so i am currently putting in a buschur 2.0 built block and will get all the dyno graphs. hopefully it should be done within the next two weeks since i am so busy with school and working on it myself.

Hopefully it lasts next time! Have you thought about adding an intake pipe to move the filter away from the engine/turbo?

So after seeing this thread and the other 4088 thread I am interested. I have a couple of questions.

If I have a 2.3 stroker kit with the 4088 1.06 A/R and the crank has been knife edged and balanced/polished and I also get the lightened drive shaft that a vendo sells on here would that help with the spool up even more? Since I am reducing rotational mass in two areas. Could i spool up even faster than having the stock parts (drive shaft and non knifedge crank)

I also dont think so, if it is it will be so minimal you would never notice and even then i doubt it.

Reducing rotational inertia can be fairly noticeable, depending on how much weight is removed. If you keep everything stock and throw in a lightweight flywheel you sure notice the quicker revs. You wouldnt really be spooling quicker than a stock turbo, but it would rev/spool quicker than a car with non-lightened parts.

What manifold is that on your car? Is that a single scroll manifold? What a/r is your turbine housing on the turbo?
