Buschur for the win! Very lightweight exhaust, sounds awesome, and makes the power!

I wouldn't say the Buschur is all that loud. Maybe from the outside but from the inside it sounds incredibly amazing. I have the TBE with test pipe and bullet muffler

3 inch downpipe and 3 inch test pipe with electric cutout welded in the test pipe with the stock cat back!!! i love it nice and quite for daily driving but when you want to unleash the fury open the cut out and the car just wants to scream! haha i love it!

If your going with a JDM exhaust get the Tanabe. Excellent fit and finish. Stainless flanges and bolts as well. The HKS is junk, it's not even stainless - mild steel and the resonator is likely to rub on the driveshaft (many cases documented), also it hangs super low and will drag on driveways, speed bumps, dips, etc. Not to mention it necks down at the cat.

The Concept G Blue is a great performer but it's loud. I like.

I bought the HKS carbon Ti when I first got my Evo and was very dissapointed in the fitment and quality (designed for the VIII) - especially considering how much it cost. Stay away from this one.

If your not interested in JDM, then the Buschur or AMS are excellent choices.

The HKS Carbon is lighter than the Buschur, right?

I have a Blitz Nur Spec-R Cat back with Buschur DP and Perrin HFC. Blitz is very loud but has massive piping 80mm and puts down good power. Buschur DP was not the best fitment but I like the power. Perrin HFC is top notch looks like a test pipe. With that exhaust and a Forge MBC at 21 psi, Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump and Perrin Intake, Dynoflash Tuned at 345 whp and 343 lb/ft.
