Well it getting to the point where i dont think stock rods and pistons can handle much more .. I Want to build the engine but i hear drop in's would be fine .. The car has about 25,000 miles on it .. Car Will be on Aem Ems
Who on here has drop in's ? What kind of numbers do you make ? Any Problems ?

There was a very informative thread a few months back about this subject.
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...highlight=drop
I learned a lot from reading the thread since some big shops (David Buschur from BR, Scott from TTP, and JAM) gave valuable information therein.
I've been thinking about this option for my car, but I have much fewer miles than you (approx. 11,500).
BTW, to my knowledge, BR and TTP do drop-in setups.

I think Im gonna have BR do mine pretty soon. IF there in their and something doesnt look good Ill bite the bullet and go stg3. If no other problem on a strong running engine and low mi Id say go for it.

I might do drop in the future, and I know 2 of my friends did drop in's, one of them as some series power, and plans on getting the FP Red, imagine the power gain from that setup.
The only down side to drop in is the balance shaft, unless you get a balance shaft eliminator kit!!
