I think the red is the best choice imo. The op wants a stock frame turbo that is capable of 450+ on pump im sure well come to see. For 1800 you get a brand new redone turbo with a 30r sized turbine and compressor. Never mind there billet just like the hta wheel.
The stock frame turbo is the most fun to drive on the street for a dd on pump I think. Or like everyone else said its all peak and no torque.
You do get that slight lag with the red but its nothing your going to notice really. Plus I know I wouldnt mind slightly better gas mileage with the turbo spooling that little bit later for dd.
A lot of different posts of different set up cars if just goes to show you everyone has there own choices in what works best with what. Each car is what the owner wants to built for and it exceeds when you have either FR, CBRD,BR,AMS,etc.
Its just funny everyone gets there panties in a bunch over a dyno sheet. Im sure there all fun cars to drive.
