I will try my leak tests again without the turbo and see if I still get the pcv leak. If not that points to the only variable, the turbo.

i don't understand why the issue my TB holds all the pressure i can thro at it
so my inlet doesn't get charged when doing the test
so i'd wanting to concentrate on why its passing the TB before thinking of engine probs!

Yes overlap right? I guess I mean no position that your engine would stop in, due to the valve spring pressure, would have both open at the same time. Either that or I am extremely lucky and never land in the area of overlap, because you wouldn't be able to build any pressure if you had both sets of valves open even a crack. The air would go into the combustion chamber and right out your exhaust.
That's because your ISCV is closed. Leave the TB closed to check the intake system. When you're satisfied there are no leaks, crack the TB open and then you can check the manifold, injectors, etc., for leaks.
