Clutch restrictor & rev-matching?
I'm still deciding if I want to remove the clutch restrictor or not...
since I do not plan on ever launching the car and the clutch
feel seems fine to me right now (though only with 680 miles)...
I do however do rev-matching on every downshifts... where I do
a quick rev and quick downshifts (as I do on my naturally
aspirated M3)....
My question is will rev-matching with clutch restrictor in wear out
clutch quickly??
Another question is... how about high rpm, near redline quick
upshifts with restrictor in???
EVO experts... what do you guys think?
Thanks!

I think with quick upshifts/downshifts the clutch is still going to slip with the restrictor in. I don't do 1/4 or much street racing, but I am planning on taking mine to the track, and I think that while accelerating down the straights there will be clutch slippage, which I don't want. That is why I think I'll be taking mine out. Anyone else have experience with / without taking the restrictor out on the track?
