Car shaking and vibrating..wtf is wrong
Hey guys,
I have an 06 evo mr that I've recently had an exedy twin, quartermaster 2pc driveshaft and new rotors+pads put on it. It's been back from the shop for about 2 weeks, I've taken it out 3 times since than, today being my 3rd...I drove around about 4 hours, did my xmas shopping and everything.
So..on my way back to my house I do a 2nd gear pull in the rain, (knowing it was gonna happen) the car loses traction on all 4s and gets sideways a little and I let off. As I'm a minute away from my house I hear a bunch of vibrating and vibration coming from under the car...like a violent vibration, it felt like the all the wheels were coming off, I had a passenger in the front seat and he said it felt like something was vibrating very hard under the car on his side.
I pull over right away to check on the car (in the rain) and just make sure all the wheels are on good and nothing is dragging on the bottom of the car. When I try to drive again it drove fine for 1 street, than as I reach 30mph and higher it started doing the same thing again, I slowed down and it stopped so I drove home going 15mph.
Do you guys have any idea what could be wrong? I would check with the shop that installed it but it's xmas eve, I also don't have a jack anymore (thx to letting my friend "borrow it") so I can't check myself. Could you guys help me out?
and Happy Holidays!

It happen to me too. Same situation in the snowy day. I just got off work and took the freeway. is pretty clear road and i think i was at 2nd or 3rd gear when all of a sudden stepping on the gas a little bit to maintain the speed i think i past a lil over 40mph then the steering wheel vibrate as hell so I was like whats going on then i was thinking in my head that i hope the wheels dont come off. i pulled over to the nearest gas station and check the four wheels, sides, underneath of the car and nothing really unusual so i went back to the same freeway and test drove it again. everything is fine after that. i check the lug nuts and they all okay.
