How much water gets into the carpet and can you feel if there is water down by your feet after a rainy day?

This is a funny one to look at, I just finished doing this to Shawna's daily driver. Her horn went nuts and ignition stayed on. Good times.

Never felt water or moisture there as it seems to pool right in the plug

Finally someone shares my point of view - i have been advertising that in my sig. since the day i got my first evo in 05

I will check this out in my car - i drive mine similar to yours, i put about 22-23k miles a year on my car, 24/7-365....you def. learn a lot about a car with that kind of seat time

I have noticed a weird "electrical issue" on my car now - when i lift off the throttle i will sometimes get a random "click" and my lights will flicker - then when i get back on the throttle it "clicks" again and my lights flicker again......almost sounds like some kind of relay or something? I still hear it with the lights off as well, its very random and very strange.

thanks for the heads up!

The picture is perfect; you simply need to stick your head down near your brake/clutch pedal and look up and to the left to see it. Read the directions I wrote, follow the loom from the back of the connectors up to the fender wall, on the driver's side of the car, about knee height, up above the pedals.
