In the Buschur Racing Manual Boost Controller above, it contains a ball and spring. I need to know if the ball seats to the left, or does it go to the right. (Both ends have a nice divit near the opening, which leads me to this confusion.) This should help those of us who accidentally unscrewed the boost controller too far, despite the warnings in the directions. I ask because I am experiencing boost creep and I suspect I may have mis assembled the MBC


EDIT: I figured it out, and I will answer my own question incase someone else is wondering:

The ball seats against the side inscribed "buschur" which faces the boost signal (right side in picture). The spring pushes the ball against the boost signal. When boost pressure overcomes the spring, the valve opens and the air pressure closes the waste-gate actuator.

I noticed the spring can easily hang up against the inside of the wall when assembling the MBC. Make sure the spring is pressing on the ball. When assembled you should barely be able to blow into the boost signal side. The other side you can blow into, because there is a relief hole drilled into it. The allows the wastegate to shut when not under boost.
