Needed upgrades for a 400 WHP EVO?

I tried to use the search but it was not working at all? Over the next year I will be starting to mod the car up to a goal of 400 whp. During that time it would be nice to start adding on the necessary parts to make it reliable (as possible anyways).
My car is pretty stockish right now.

AEM intake
3" TB exhaust (still on stock 02)
ACT 6 puck, with Prolite flywheel
04 RS front Diff.
M10 TC bolt upgrade
ES rear diff. bushings
Blox lower front mount
T bolt clamps

Things that come to mind that I will need will be.
BBK full turbo
injectors (what kind how big?)
fuel pump
tune
ARP headstuds

What else will I be needing to support 400 whp daily?

basically full bolt ons and anything besides the stock turbo lol. Getting a Br stage 3 head would really make it super easy lol. you can do it on stocker with meth/alch if you want to run that stuff. 400 is a pretty easy feet to get to not to hard with a evo. you also have your race gas etc types. But also besides parts it also depends on your tuner as well. be preparted to spend some cheddar.

My car made 400awhp / 460 awtrq on a stock IX Turbo @ 28psi.

Full bolt ons, Cams & Meth with tuning from TTP Engineering. It's an absolute machine on the street with that much torque and a little turbo. Goodluck!

There are a lot of different paths to take. You really just have to do a lot of readng on here and figure out which path works best for your goals.
