No oil cooler here.
As said multiple times....why run the risk of killing your brand new motor because you reused your oil cooler.
Buy a new one or take it out completely.

So if your compressorwheel failed you shouldn't use the intercooler anymore and replace it???
Additionally the damage of small metal pieces getting into the oiling system is more serious than small aluminum filings getting into the intake track. Large chunks have a difficult time getting through the charge cooler cores.
It's probably cheaper to buy new than cut it open, clean and reweld. Certainly true for oil coolers.

You won't like this answer but you should throw it out. You will never be sure that everything is out of it. Replacements from the factory are expensive so it might be best to consider something aftermarket and do AN lines from the filter housing. It's simply not worth the gamble.

no I am not there sales man just a normal guy who is trying to put his evo back together and needed one.

please dont rinse out your OIL COOLER with H2O!!!
As long as it's dry, there won't be any problem. Put it in the oven at 250 F for twenty minutes. No water will be left.
