Yeah, Im pretty sure he did run on a ported manifold, but gains are still possible with a tubular manifold. Otherwise everyone would use log manifolds on high horsepower cars.

I am not trying to be a dick about it but what I meant was, "show me a before and after dyno sheet (not dll) on the same day, with the only change being the manifold to a header."

Keep in mind I am not saying there are no gains to be had. I just have not seen an existing header that made more power than a buscher ported stock manifold when tested back to back.

yea i was thinking about getting buschers ported and coated one its cheap and i have heard good things with the red!

no need to go to a tubular mani with stock or stock sized turbos- ported stocker FTW and price-wise it really kicks ***

and what i am getting is

Fp RED Turbo
Injectors
Ported and coated manifold
02

What all else am i missing?
you dont have to change alot to do this set up do you?

im also going to run alchol with it...

so you changed from a red to a green now if its brand new save your money and get a red you are not that far off from price if its used and under 1100 get the green

I plan on using 850cc's on my Red setup along with meth injection. If your going to use alcohol injection then they would work well for you also.

well im runinga fp red i have a buschur porter intake/65mm tb/manifold coated and Invidia 02/ 780cc injectors and 100%meth

ok well i think im going to get the 850cc or 880cc just so no matter what i have enough fuel ya know...


any idea what kind of power should be expected with the FP red and alky?

well i have a built block im runing 540whp all day or more i really find out this sat coming but my brother has a fp red on stock block with alky and he over 500whp but i dont think its self to run 500whp on a stock block well for me its cuz i like to beat on it and i want to make sure it can hold the power
