The upper intercooler pipe looks like car ****. The welds are perfect you cant even just about tell its welded. The bends look very well thought out and made to be as transitional as possible. You can see that they instead tried to hug the inside of the frame rail so the bend to the TB is very smooth and not a tight radius.
Is there site up with pricing for that same uicp ? Ill have to talk to them about not flanging it seeing I have a Synapse Sychronic diverter and i have a extra s.s. mounting flange.

We also make a UICP that fits with the stock battery. That one has a tight 90 out of the t-body to clear the battery and is the same price.Keith

Awesome man the progress is great and I love your build. I need to get both of my Coolant upgraded to some SS Braided lines like yours now. I just had my factory rubber one Burst on the Freeway on Friday night

It's a Turbo XS. I may upgrade to an ETS 4" but I haven't decided if I will yet.
Actually TTr uses those same clamps on their race car. The beads on the pipes are really fat. The only thing with these clamps is to ensure you don't over tighten them. I use a phillips screwdriver to ensure that I don't do that.

so I may need to upgrade if this core is not up to the task. I wish I didn't sell my Hyperflow IC I had before. It was identical to the Turbo XS but it was a true 3.5" core. This one is slightly smaller
.Yes they are. I picked them up used. I know they have a trip down from Chicago on them and some driving/racing around town. I don't know the exact milage on them right now. They still have a decent amount of tread left so far.
