Been running that setup on my 2gb and it's been holding great. I rev to 8k and since I'm not really tuned I'm running about 17psi. I have ran more boost than that though, around 23psi and still held fine. It feels like it can rev higher, but I'm not going to take it higher, until I have money enough to rebuild it.

Dear evolutionm peaple

My name is Paolo and i'm giving to you the best regards from LancerEvoclubItaly.
http://www.lancerevoclub.com/community/index.php
Please wisit our forum, sorry for only italian speech use.

I'm writing to you beacuse in Italy we don't know nothing about Fp4r camshaft for evo ix.
I'm very excited to buy this cams for my evo 9 gsr 6 speed.
So i have a couple of question for you if is not a problem for you.
in italy all peaple put into their evos ix tomei procam 270,hks 274/278 and jun 272 and kelford.(they say are the best cams for the 270's duration.

So i would like to try some of different, and i read really good thing about this fp4r from you.
My setup is.
Tbe exhaust full 3"
Hks suction kit intake
walbro 255l/h
stock evo ix turbo and i can't change it in the near future...(because of police)
My target is to achieve a very good top end power and mid power ,no matter if i will loose 300/400 rpm of spool.
kick in *** after 5000 rpm if possible.
Gain about 30hp over the stock cams.
Having the max power near 7000 rpm or similar with a ecu tuning.
Are this cams ok for this use
Peaple say that on evo ix are better than kelford/jun/tomei 270 to achieve this result.
is that true?

Regards from italy!
