How do my plugs look

These have been in my new engine from 100-1000K's with a run in tune. 280hp on 13psi 6000rpm limit. How do they look, any tips for reading plugs? Thanks

i think they are BPR7E or BR7E.

Ok so after reading some more i need to do a few wot runs and then remove the plugs to read them correctly, not let it idle or cruise around. I'll do this and get some new pictures, do i need to get new plugs or will i still be able to read these after the heat has burnt the soot off?
