They were not the correct pins. VERY close, but would not lock in to the connector.

Taking some detailed pics and seeing if I can get the right ones this time.

Got the 1000s in today on the evo1 . Will do a full right up later but just wanted to say I bought these cause I wanted to retain a smooth idle. The idle leaner than the evo 560cc. Very fast injectors. amazing..

Actually, the latency is the highest I've seen among all the performance injectors on the market, but it doesn't really matter as long as the latency is known and its not a significant fraction of the largest pulse width needed.

Have you installed them yet?

that makes better sense, if latency is high they will inject less at very low pulse widths (idle) since most of that width would be taken up by the latency.

The dead time is just that, dead time, it won't make a difference at all in idle quality as long as the proper values are accounted for in the ecu. The ecu just adds the 'dead time' to the effective pulsewidth.

yep I understand that. I just dont have a way to change the settings on this evo3 ecu. there is no support or reflash software in usa. I was commenting on how they work with running the 560cc settings in the ecu.

I got them in on my car....

Thanks for the extra pins just in case. The visual quality is quite impressive, not to mention you can't tell that you have 1000's in your car (unlike my old FIC's!) Idles like stock I'm very very very pleased with my purchase. My friend has the Porsche folks drooling over them now.

Thanks again Tony!
