i have the atp 35r with 63 hot side. i made 415whp at 28 psi boost. it is a good kit with quality parts. some people argue it is not the most efficient turbo out there due to the design of the turbine housing but i love it. the spool is good and you get good power numbers for the money you spend.

The FP Red will spool faster and make more power for less money. It's your money and your choice, but in my opinion there isn't much of a choice to be made.

Agreed. Not the best setup, but its hard to beat it for the price, no doubt about it/

So your whole basis for the statement is the WG routing? The angle of entry with a wastegate dump tube doesnt have a very big effect, especially on smaller turbochargers.

i have a megan header on mine. it is designed to use stock manifold. and to the the idiot that said this kit is garbage due to where the recurc goes into the dp alot of kits for evo's recuc to the dp not every one out there wants the noise of a open wg. give me something more than were the wg dumps other than your mouth.

That's a pretty dumb reason to assume the kit is trash. there are a lot of people who would prefer a rerouted wastegate opposed to an external wastegate & I'm sure they could easily make it external.

I agree, you can make the same power with the FP red for a lot less money & modificaiton.

the reason you aren't seeing any FP Red turbo kits for sale is because it is not a kit. it is a bolt on turbo, meaning it bolts up to your stock manifold ect.

as for atp turbos, a quick search will show you that nobody is making good power. a gt35r making 415whp at 28lbs is hardly impressive.

i'm not sure what you are looking for, but there are a bunch of "non hardcore" (whatever you that means) turbos that bolt on, and make power similar to a gt30 sized turbo, with better spool.. fp green, cbrd bbk, fp red. all bolt on options.
