How can I seal up the hole?

I have relocated my BOV to the upper intercooler piping, and now I'm stuck with a problem. I have an open hole on my short ram intake where the stock BOV used to go. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could use to seal this hole? I've attached two pictures of what Im talking about, I'm currently using tape to keep it sealed but thats not working very well.

What you mean? My BOV? I've install the SSQV bov and mounted it on to the uicp.

Also I forgot to write in the first thread, that tape does work a bit because without it the car sounds like crap, like its trying really hard not to die

yes when you mount the bottom of the valve to the uicp, are you running a hose from the other opening to the intake or are you leaving it uncovered?

If you're not running ems or speed density you need to recirculate it back to the intake.

+1 dude... try a medicine bottle cap, maybe? and paint it with high temp black...

Also, the HKS SSQV is the absolute WORST BOV for our cars... period... especially VTA on stock maf..

if u have a welder I would just cut off the flange that's being taped and just weld a piece of steel onto it. Unless you have an aluminum welder then use aluminum cause that will conserve the temperature better.

Ive seen some people use the rubber grip things off of a bar stool lol. You can get them from Home Depot or Lowes Walmart maybe they have almost everything else lol. Your idle issue is notorious with the SSQV just so you know. Get rid of it and get a Tial FTW!

SSQV are the worst bov you can run. They dont seal good and a lot of people complain about idle problems.

Your going to suck that tape in to your Turbo and screw it up. I would suggest buying a new Intake Pipe and selling your old one, if you really want to run that SSQV or buy the Tial. Don't be cheap and lazy, it will cost you more very soon.

yea I was thinking about those, checked in walmart no luck. I will try home depot today. I havent had any idle issue with the tape on there, its only when I remove the tape.
