Well there are 2 ways one is to detensioner the hydraulic tensioner useing a treaded rod and remove and install the new cams that way. the 2nd way is to remove the timingbelt and hydraulic tensioner all the way and remove the old cams and install the new ones. both ways work with out removing the head and while your at it you can install the Arp studs like I said by doing one at a time.

The stock intercooler is fine just leave it and spend money else ware especially since you wanna run E85 your air intake temp will be a lot cooler from that alone

I gained like 30hp with them. Daily driving is no problem at all. They sound almost like stock unless you start messing with cam gears.

Why are you guys so insistent on getting arp head studs at his level. You don't need them bro....save yourself the 100 bux and the guessing game on weather your car is the one out of 10 that the one by one method didn't work on. It is a common misconception that boost is what will stretch your head bolts. This is untrue, it would take an incredible amount of psi to stretch a bolt with 8 mm thread. But what does happen is detonation and detonation at a high horsepower levels is more severe because you have more air and more fuel being ignited prematurely thus more strain on the headbolts. So leave the stockers in there and get a good reputable tune

So if I were to go with the Kelford 272's would I have to get springs and retainers also or would studs be good enough?

studs are not directly linked to adding cams. and you can put them in without even removing the cams. If your car makes over 400 whp on a dynojet then get some studs otherwise Its pointless.
