The difference is that under extreme temps, the iridium has been said to melt down into the engine causing more problems than the coppers that under extreme temps will disintegrate.

I use to run br8es, and switched to the bpr8es and the car seems to like those alot better.
You can pick up br*es plugs at any local part store. I go to advanced auto to order the bpr*es plugs. They have them there next day. I think they are only $1.99 a piece.
And you DON'T need to change them every oil change. That is too ****. I go an average of 7-10K miles on a set. I did run a set of br8es plugs for 15k once, before they started having an issues at all.

For meth you should try bpr8es or br8es, there is no definite answer for which is the best but this is where you should start. I am running bpr7es and I tried br7es, car like bpr7es better.
All the plugs above are copper, copper plugs really like high boost better.
btw, stock heat range is 7 not 8, some moron just said it is 8 I want to clarify that.

From my own experience after trying BPR8ES, BPR7ES, and BR7ES coppers, I ended up with the 1/2 step colder NGK Iridiums. They work the best for my 22 psi pump gas tune.
