Transmission Nochy till Warmed Up

So I just put in some AMSOil Manual Transmission Fluid the other day. Temperatures here in Colorado have been in the 30-40's. I've noticed that it's becoming harder to get into first gear on a cold start. I'm not sure if my synchros are just going bad or what, but once the car's warmed up the gears are like butter. I adjusted the clutch pedal a little, but that really didn't do anything. I'm now thinking about bleeding the clutch line, since it's never been done to my knowledge. My 2003 evo 8 has roughly 45K miles on it. Car's right around 400 whp. Any help or suggestions to improving my cold start shifts would be appreciated. Thanks

I added this fluid the other day too and was complaining about the cold as well. I dont know that there is much you can do while it is cold, but I will say that it warmed up here to about 70 the last few days, and its good all the time. Spring and summer are coming so maybe you wont have to deal with it much longer.

I have this problem and i used mt-90 and diaqueen. I assume is just a combination of the cold temps and tight clearances in the trans.

Just give your car a decent amount of time to warm up when it's cold outside.

Makes everything much smoother.

Yeah warming up the car only does so much. You really have to drive it to warm up the tranny fluid

I'm finding it harder and harder to get into first gear on a cold start up. Granted the temperatures here are in the 20's. Think I might try adjusting my clutch pedal again. I am going to take it to the last thread if I have to.

My tranny works like butter once it's warmed up but it takes a long time, especially in this 20 degree weather. Frustrating cause I feel like I'm hurting my first gear synchro whenever I have to push it into gear from a cold start. I've also noticed a slight increase in my clutch chatter. These cold days are not so forgiving on my Evo.
