Depends on what Twin you go with....you could have similar issues. LOL.

Im ordering mine today! Just burned through an exedy stage 1 in 20,000 miles. im only running 300wtq on STMs mustang dyno with stock motor and turbo. I am going to be running a GT3076r with kelford 272's so I want something a little beefier than a stage 1 and I dont have $2,000 for a twin disc. I will also be running an ACT prolite flywheel.

I love my Comp Stage 4, I daily my evo (e85, 272s,FP black @22PSI) and it is not an off/on switch like my last twin disc. Love the feel, not too harsh and smooth engagement for street driving. 9K miles on it and loving it. Does make some noise once in a while but nothing like a twin disc.

My worry is if it will hold my FP black with a double pumper set-up around 30PSI. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks and I hope my review helped.

t installed XT pressure plate, six puck and streetlite flywheel. I drove back and forth from ct to fl. 2800 mile break -in
I don't notice any chatter at all. I work in ct and I drive up a 40 degree hill that spills directly on a state highway. So I test the clutch daily. I recommend certain mods to accompany this clutch. Motor mounts, driveshaft support mount bushings, rear diff bushings. This will help to keep chatter to a minimum.

I had the Stage 4 Competition with their flywheel for about 2 months and hated it. I couldnt get the car to shift 1-2 or 2-3 to save my life. Adjusted it till I was blue in the face and even tried the center roll stop mount for the motor, nothing helped.

I will never use anything other than a twin disc. World of difference.

I also have the stage 4 clutch(oem flywheel) with same problem. shifting from 1-2 or 2-3 quickly was horrible. From a stop it likes to chatter a bit, even worse going up a hill. Not a great DD clutch for me.
