Question EVO IX STOCK BOV fluttering

I just put in an AMS intercooler and full Injen piping with intake. Now the BOV makes a fluttering sound and me and my buddie can figure out what to do. The swoosh sound is no longer there, it sounds more like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mYZROSXpAw

and it is louder than before. This is a stock IX GSR BOV, running at stock boost, checked for boost leaks also, even change the vacuum hosing multiple times!

Thanks in advance everyone!!

It flutters with high or low boost at high or low RPM, flutters when I let off gas, what do you mean by 41 clicks?

Did you re-install it backwards? The end that's mounted to the flange with 3 phillips screws should be on the charge piping side.

completely normal.

listen to any big build like BR, most wanted, AMS,, when they do quick burnouts before the stage line,, when they press the clutch you can hear them flutter.

nothing to worry about, just watch compressor surge now thats bad,, and you can search that on youtube and get an idea of what it sounds like that way you know what to troubleshoot if it happend one day
