this worked for me so it should for you. take the rad hose off the radiator end and cut 3/4 of an inch off the end. then re install it. it pulls it away from the rad.

NOTE
its your rad hose not mine. so cut a little at a time till it fits how you want it.

^brilliant! I've never seen that done before, and the mishimoto's are very inexpensive and great quality! Very nice alternative to the CBRD slim radiator....that's still prolly the one to get though

i did what evodan said. i cut 3/4" off the hose to pull it tighter and then wraped it with header wrap. its been like that for 3 years and 30,000 miles.

Cut some off the radiator end. But you need to add a section of hard pipe near the thermostat housing to keep the hose happy. I also built a heat shield.

I got an Invidia with the same problem. I used heat wrap on it no problems so far and It's been like that for almost 3 weeks now. CBRD sells a radiator to fix this problem too or just get a hard pipe from ETS.
