no...mine was worst, the springs came off the clutch disk...and it was making a grinding noise, i thought it was my tranny, but i pulled it apart and it was the disk...but i just went ahead and changed to the xtreme clutch no regrets now

lol i am just gonna go with competition clutch when i get the "funds" but i have to shop for a good aftermarket flywheel, or a oem flywheel in good shape that has only been used once. lol i had to push the car up my drive way

I doubt if the problem is the flywheel. A warped flywheel is not going to cause the clutch to slip uncontrollably. It is similar to warped brake rotors. It may cause shudder, or inadequate disengagement (lockout) but it is not going to keep you from driving the car. My guess is that your disc came apart. Let us know what you find.
