not trying to say sean ivey is bad but I think that's your problem. Might wanna try someone else. You should be able to make 700+ on 30lbs with your setup, and 30lbs wouldn't blow your turbo cause your not maxing the turbo out. 42lbs is pretty much pushing it to the limit

My buddy's car made 675 on a standard 37R with 499tq at 33lbs. You probably don't have enough timing in your tune. Adding more timing/fuel usually makes more hp then boost does. Haven't you seen plenty of Buschur's cars make 550-600+ on pump gas 30lbs = lots of timing/fuel with little boost

clearly you have the money to blow so I suggest that you take your car to ams or buschur and get a real tune. Nothing against ivey I have never done business with them, good luck.

Guys this is not a dyno comaprison thread, his tune is not the issue. His issue is the turbos blowing and hopefully he gets a new replacement and it fixes his issue.

I'm very happy with the tune, I don't think that's the issue just going to have lower my boost to like around 37ish maybe that will help.

Wow 30-33 psi for 728 whp thats nuts! Sounds like 42R numbers

Dumb as a post. If you've never done business with Sean, you've got no opinion to give.

Sean is a VERY capable tuner. The problem is not the tune, it's the turbo.

Have you considered running methanol sharkbite? I think if you add a nice Aquamist kit to your setup...push 30psi on a pump/meth setup you will yield power in the 600's for sure and you can roll around like that not straining your turbo so much. Then when needed, throw the race gas in and go nuts.

I've been doing it that way on my FS635 (pretty much same turbo as yours) and haven't had an issue..on 27psi with the pump/meth map I was trapping 132 @ the track with a crappy 60 ft...just to give you an idea of power level.

I also don't think the issue is your tune....why, because it's turbo's blowing and not motor's.
