This is the correct answer. I tune myself and after installing my walbro I had to retune the fuel maps. Not a big change really just tweek the low and high octane maps. If you do not do it you will be a bit richer.

Racer135 or anyone for that matter, what were your gains just from the new fuel pump after the retune. I think part of the question is the power gains and nobody has mentioned what kind of gains can be gotten from adding the fuel pump with the proper tune.
