Neo: What does your boost gauge reading when you turn your boost controller all the way down to its lowest possible boost setting? Are you getting 10-12 PSI at that point?

I'll have to try that. I'll post up what happens.

Yeah I just turned off the controller so it would run on just wastegate and it just built 12 or 13psi. Oh and I've still got the stock bov and piping laying around in my garage somewhere. I'll put that back on and give it a shot!

Does the problem go away after a couple minutes of driving and when the engine is heated up? Or is it every pull, not matter how long into the drive? I ask this because I am having an issue that looks like boost leak, but I can't find anything to reflect that it is. I'll drive for a couple minutes and only get half boost, and then after those couple minutes I get full boost. I'm having Mitsu look at mine next week because I'm stock, I'll let you know what they find if it's any help.

I hate those things with a passion..I had one on my DSM and it would never be reliable expecially on higher gear pulls. If you'd go wide open throttle in a 4th or 5th it would creep far past its set boost. ( i.e. Set at 21, creeps to 30+ )

Did you look at this boost pressure during the pull?

No this happens on every pull. Yeah if you just want to let me know what they say...it might be of some help!

Yeah, you might want to try increasing wastegate pressure up to about 17-18 PSI by decreasing the overall length of the threaded actuator rod. You can do this by rotating the turnbuckle on the end of the actuator rod in toward the actuator canister. Try 2&1/2 complete rotations(360*+360*+180*) at first. Maybe it'll take 3&1/2 rotations overall. But start with 2&1/2 anyway.

Yeah I've messed with both settings on it and I still get the same result! Also this happens in every gear and it holds 20psi. Last night it peaked has high has 22psi though.

+1 but I have one question.... why would you want to do 160mph? I hope it's not in the public road though. I would hate to see you get nail for that speed
