Just looking for opinions on which is my best choice.

really looking into the ams kits or the ets twin scroll manifold kit.

Thanks for the help in advance
I run a 35r now. Waiting on the o2 housing so I can run my 37r. both will make the power if you have supporting mods. You will probably need a double pumper though. 2.3L increases spool a lot from what I noticed

My 03 8, was stock 2.0L 35R made full 26 psi by 5600 rpm, only 400 whp or so mustang dyno. Lag was just bad!

My 06 9, now has a 2.3L JAM with AFI twinscroll 35R with .106 housing. I hit 30 psi by 4000-4200. I will be upgrading to a HTA turbo shortly, im greedy, I need even more power and even faster spool lol. If you want the ultimate road race set up this is it!!! I love it, so responsive, my buddys evo's with FPgreens even FPreds feel slow by comparison to me, response being nearly the same just a lot faster. No other set up feels this great, and I have been in a lot of evo's lol.

2.3L with a twin scroll HTA86 35R is the ultimate set up, 800+ whp with 4000-4500 rpm spool.

I wonder how well the 850r would work on a 2.3?

We recently built this same kit as well as a TiAL housing version.

Haha I was recently running ideas through my head and I thought up of this exact setup. I read how buschur said they really see nothing that amazing to change over to twinscroll in a thread on here but I think this setup would be the *****. Especially on the street. I still gotta read that big twinscroll shootout thread though.

What size housings? I thought there weren't any TS housings big enough to take advantage of the HTA86. I am planning on a TS HTA82 with a 1.06 housing at the moment unless I can be convinced that an 86 is better.

1.06 should be more than enough... Im going HTA82 cause I want response for Time Attacks I dont think Ill need more than 700 whp lol, but for the street/all around driving do the HTA86
